What is the Marketing Program Manager, Content?

As the Marketing Program Managers, Content, you will be driving Archipelago’s content marketing program across all market segments. This will include creating content themes, eBooks, blog posts optimized for SEO, 12Qs, nurture streams, customer marketing, contributed articles, creating processes to continuously collect insight on content engagement, create stories, and breakthrough activations. Additionally, you will collaborate with our market partners to develop co-branded content for property owners, brokers, and insurers.

As the Marketing Program Managers, Content, you will collaborate across all market segments and help Market Development leaders leverage content as a core element of their go-to-market growth strategies. Archipelago has a highly refined target market and content is core to our thought leadership and innovation. You will be passionate about measuring the contribution of content and channels on each segment and to overall growth (engagements, velocity, revenue influenced).

Things you’ll do

  • Create content campaigns that convey trust, innovation, and respect as attributes of the Archipelago brand

  • Manage the content calendar and program execution including freelance
  • Partner with Client Development and Sales to develop and refine quarterly content initiatives
  • Manage all aspects of content including concept generation, takeaway outlining, production, editing, posting, syndicating, and analysis
  • Solicit, contract, negotiate and manage vendors delivering content program elements
  • Enable all Archipelagans to fully leverage our content, contribute insight and improve
  • Manage the content calendar
  • Methodically manage content program providing transparency to the CMO and overall leadership team
  • Join cross-functional teams to develop segment-specific content
  • (in the future) Develop and manage a team of content marketing/inbound associates

  • Excellent content marketing track record for more than over 7 years
  • Excellent writing, editing and visualization skills

  • SAAS and/or insurance and/or real estate experience
